What If the Download Fails?
A few things can cause this:
- The copied address points to a profile, feed, or comment instead of the video.
- The video is private, friends-only, or only visible to group members.
- The creator removed the video or changed who can see it.
- The video is limited by age or region.
- The public source or processing service is temporarily unavailable.
If the video opens in a private browser window and the copied link still fails, wait a few minutes and try again. You can also send the error message through the contact page.
A Word on Quality
SaveFBS shows the versions returned for the public link. It cannot add detail that is missing from the original upload. An HD option will only appear when an HD file is returned.
