SaveFBS cannot open private, friends-only, deleted, or login-required videos. It does not use your Facebook account to get around privacy controls.
Is SaveFBS safe to use?
SaveFBS does not ask for your Facebook login. It does receive the public link you submit, and that link may pass through outside services needed to process the request. Read the details before using any online downloader.
What SaveFBS needs
The downloader needs a public Facebook video URL. The server checks the address, sends it to a media-processing provider, and returns the file options supplied by that provider. No Facebook username, password, two-factor code, or payment detail is needed for this flow.
What may receive data
The public link you paste may be handled by the hosting service, server logs, and an outside processing provider. The application also uses a short in-memory cache to avoid repeating the same request immediately.
Google Analytics and advertising services may collect normal website data when they are active. This can include page visits, device details, browser information, approximate location, and cookies. See the privacy and cookie policies for more information.

- Paste public links only. Do not submit private or sensitive URLs.
- Never enter a Facebook password or two-factor code into a downloader.
- Check that you are selecting a SaveFBS result, not an advertisement.

No blanket safety promise

Does SaveFBS ask for my Facebook password?
No. The normal SaveFBS workflow only asks for a public Facebook video link.
What happens to the link I paste?
The link is sent to the SaveFBS server and a processing provider so the service can find available files. Technical logs and a short temporary cache may also contain the URL.
Does SaveFBS create a download account?
No. There is no SaveFBS account or personal saved-video library in the normal downloader.
Is SaveFBS part of Facebook or Meta?
No. SaveFBS is an independent website and is not endorsed by or operated by Facebook or Meta.
